The next Day of Mindfulness (DOM) is to be held at Bonavista Downs Community Centre (1418 Lake Ontario Rd SE, Calgary) on Saturday, March 4th, 2017 from 9:30am to 4:00pm. If interested, please email Charmaine to confirm your spot. Space is limited, so act soon, to not be disappointed.
The next MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION (MBSR) Series starts with an orientation to be held on April 23rd, 2017 from 10:00am to noon. The first session of the eight week series starts on Sunday, April 30th, 2017 from 10:00am to 12:30pm (one must attend the orientation to continue with the series). Please be advised there is no session on Sunday, May 14th, 2017 and the series will run to June 25th, 2017. Please fill in both the registration and consent forms and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The forms will be reviewed and an email will be sent back indicating acceptance. Payment will then be due to confirm your place at orientation.
